The Vacuum system for filling for the Bead tank is made for easy and fast filling of the Bead tank.
A Vacuum pump, placed in the engine compartment, will generate a vacuum in the Bead tank. This will make it possible to draw the Beads into the Bead tank by use of the suction pipe.
The vacuum pump is powered by the full output of the compressor(s). The machine overall system will not be supplied while the vacuum pump is in operation.
In Borum customer tests the filling capacity has been performed with 1.5kg/liter beads, and the performance was ≈ 65kg/minute.
