The application speed depends on the equipment and line type you are applying and does not change regardless of the size of the machine.
For e.g., you can mark with up to 15 km/h when working with cold paint spray application, while when working with thermoplastic extrusion application of flat lines the maximum speed is usually up to 10 km/h.
