What are the specifications of a thermoplastic dot?

Lack of material pressure in extruder

Firstly check if the pump can turn with full rpm. If not, check if the heating of the extruder is sufficient, check hydraulic flow and pressure, engine rpm ect.

The Extruder/spray pump is not regular

Possible errors: 1) The electric control unit at the PVG is faulty 2) The PVG is faulty 3) The controller of potentiometer that supplies the PVG signal is faulty

When the extruder is up, it registers that it is in down position and the auger speeds up.

When you lower the Extruder head, we put power to the pneumatic valve for the lifting cylinder. The valve for the Lifting must be Normally open (NO). So if NO power and air is OK, the Extruder will be lifted.
